"I sent these muffins to my 90 year old grandmother, (what else do you get a 90 year old besides food?). When she opened the box, all the packaging was very sticky. not sure why or if there was a tear in the package. Besides the mess she had to deal with she said they tasted pretty good."

"This was a gift because my sister knew I loved Wolferman's English muffins. I wish she'd ordered something else.
The pecan rolls and cinnamon rolls were among the worst I've ever had anywhere in the U.S. They were dry, almost tasteless, respectively not sticky enough and not cinnamon-y enough.
After sampling each, we just threw the remainder out--they weren't worth saving and I certainly wasn't going to give them away. They're simply not good enough."

"Usually my son and daughter-in-law bring all sorts of baked goods for Christmas breakfast but they were moving two days before Christmas so I ordered the Sampler. Everyone loved it. We're planning on enjoying them next year. I would heat the rolls for about 5 mins. longer then recommended. They were warm but not quite hot enough. In my oven they needed more time."

"The picture in the catalog looks way better than the actual product when received. The taste was still good, but the outer edges were somewhat burnt like and very dry - only the inner parts were the tastiest. Bought them for a special Christmas morning treat, but somewhat disappointed. Might be willing to try again if I knew they would be prepared better than what I could actually make at home."

"Although the Sweet Roll Sampler package arrived damaged, icing all over the inside of the box, the rolls (both cinnamon and sticky buns) were very good. They were fresh, full of cinnamon, and very flavorful ... and easy to prepare.
Customer service was excellent and they replaced the damaged icing packet with a new package of cinnamon rolls and icing for free.
I would suggest improvement on packaging."

"This is an excellent item. The only thing I would do differently would be to put peelable baking directions on the bottom of each package. I unfortunately threw the directions away and when baking leftovers I had to go from memory and either cooked too long or oven too hot."
