"I had purchased four of the gift baskets for christmas presents to be shared among family. One was delivered directly to a family member, 3 others to me to be hand delivered. To my amazement, when I opened the three remaining gift baskets, it looked as though the product had been thrown in the box very haphazardly-it actually was a bit embarrassing to think one gift box was delivered before I could put it order."

"First, you'll need good luck on the website. I totally lost two orders!
But the muffins are delicious -- just like they were when I was a child in Kansas City! Try original, pumpkin, cranberry, etc. They tart cherry spread is delicious, and the gift packages are good values.

"This year, we received this basket as a gift and the muffins were dry, and did not appear to be fresh. However, the year before we had also received them and they were very good. The cherry preserve is excellent. Maybe management can improve consistency, otherwise I will move from a yes recommendation to a no recommendation."

"I had this basket sent to my house because I wanted to personally deliver it to one of my best clients. Thank the heavens that I did send it to my home. I opened up the box and there was the basket, and some stuffing paper, and four packages of muffins and the jam just thrown in the box, NOT ARRANGED IN THE BASKET. I would have been mortified if that had been delivered to my client that way. You should not charge for a gift basket, you should charge for stuff to make up a gift basket. I actually bought a nice cloth napkin to put in the basket to spruce it up a little. It should have at least had a ribbon or something. Never again!"
